Ingredients
- 1 lb Free Range, Organic Minced Turkey Breast
- 1 Cup Kale – Fresh or frozen -Â Chopped
- 1 Onion – Chopped
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbs Tomato Puree
- 2 Tbs Parsley -Â Chopped
- ½ Cup Gluten Free Oats
- Freshly Ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
- Cook in a skillet on medium until browned 10 minutes on each side.
