Ingredients

  • 1 lb Free Range, Organic Minced Turkey Breast
  • 1 Cup Kale – Fresh or frozen - Chopped
  • 1 Onion – Chopped
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Tomato Puree
  • 2 Tbs Parsley - Chopped
  • ½ Cup Gluten Free Oats
  • Freshly Ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
  2. Cook in a skillet on medium until browned 10 minutes on each side.
